Through guided meditation, Karol has helped me immensely in learning to deal with personal issues, among other things. Thanks to all the love and tranquility she radiates, I've also found greater peace and self-awareness. I recommend Magga to everyone. Karol truly has a big heart and is ready to help everyone become a more beautiful and happier person.

Since I started yoga here, the suppleness and flexibility in my body have improved tremendously. And because the classes combine challenging postures with soothing breathing exercises and a meditative final relaxation, I have also become mentally calmer and more stable. Highly recommended!

Yoga gives me a moment of reflection. It allows me to pause and reflect on where I am, to feel and experience how I feel in my body. It allows me to consciously focus on my breath and its effects. In these times of less movement and exercise, it's a moment to consciously feel and use my muscles and body. Leida

I used to associate yoga with something vague. But because I'm also curious and don't want to be judged, I took a trial yoga class with Karol in September 2019. I was immediately hooked, and I've been a loyal participant in the weekly classes ever since. Initially, my focus was on performing exercises correctly. I wanted to do them right. Karol taught me that performing an exercise correctly means listening to your body, not doing it further, longer, or faster than someone else. Yoga isn't a competition. Moreover, Karol never points out mistakes but offers tips and explanations to help you get the most out of a pose. My attention has now shifted to what I feel in my body during a pose and to my breathing. And I notice this in my daily life: I'm more aware of tension in my body and can address it through my breathing and by consciously relaxing muscles. No vagueness, and it's wonderful!

Before my first class began, I asked myself, “Who are all these people? What am I doing here, and how does GUIBA think it will teach me to breathe? I can breathe, can't I?” By the end of the first class, it was a wonderful experience. The calm atmosphere and intense exercises, built up with care, not only made me more aware of my body but also fostered mind-emptiness. Since then, it has been one 1.5 hours a week where the world ceases to exist, all worries disappear, and it revolves around just one thing: focusing on myself and not thinking about anything else. At the end of every class, I always feel relaxed. After almost a year, I have gained more than just flexibility. Namely, the acceptance of what I can and cannot do, and most importantly, peace.
